Supreme Drums starts with the familiar drum sounds featured in many great hits such as The Eagles' Hotel California, Michael Jackson's Thriller and many more. We have created a powerful drum set-up with 19 available pieces and over 10 different kits. To ensure the best possible authentic sounds, Sound Magic not only chose the best drum brands available for sampling (such as DW, Ludwig and Sonar) but also utilized the best recording studios in the world to record them. It took more than two years to arrange for these samples to be created at three of the best known studios of all time: OCEAN WAY RECORDING(The Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton and more). THE RECORD PLANT (The Eagles Hotel California, Michael Jackson, Nine Inch Nails and more) THE LEGENDARY ABBEY ROAD STUDIOS (The Beatles and many more) to ensure the highest possible sound quality, we used the best possible gear, including the legendary Neve 88R and SSL 9080J consoles and dCS 905 AD converters.

By utilizing the powerful MCN (Modeling Core Next) Engine, Supreme Drums offers the best from the two worlds, Realistic Sound from Sampling and Playability from Modeling. MCN (Modeling Core Next) Engine leads virtual drums to an entire new level by providing an instantaneous feeling, truer and richer in sound and it sounds alive!

Over two years of meticulous recording sessions resulted in over 73GB of raw sampling data with different drum sets, sticks, styles and rooms to give us the best possible starting points. It is likely that another Monster Size Drum Sample pack will appear on the market in coming days, but Sound Magic has chosen a different route to bring you these incredible sounds. By utilizing the Sound Magic MCN (Modeling Core Next) Engine, we have successfully modeled this huge data set, and our proprietary technology has shrunk it to a much more manageable 300MB size. This decreased size results in a super fast loading speed and a lightning fast performance response – all with very little impact on your CPU. And Sound Magic brings this home with NO loss of Sound Quality due to our latest modeling technology.

	To further ensure the realism of these amazing sounds, Sound Magic employs its Plasma Random System, designed to make sure that successive notes are slightly different. The artificial "machine gun" rolls are a thing of the past!
	Supreme Drums' flexible and comprehensive Mixing Console lets you mix, route and use our built-in EQ and Compression units. You can control individual microphone leakage just like a real world drum recording session. In the mixer, you not only have multiple microphone positions fully under your control, but you can also tweak those microphone leakage amounts, reproducing the leakage between different microphones that would be encountered in a real drum recording. This really brings realism to your recordings! The high quality of Sound Magic's EQ and Compressor gives you control over the acoustic impact of your drums, delivering a powerful modern sound that further enhances the sense of realism in your final product.
	We've also utilized HD Velocity Layering which extends the traditional 127 velocity layers to 65,536 velocity layers! This allows for the smoothest velocity transitions ever experienced and really brings that "live" feeling to all of your performances.
	Careful modeling on our Supreme Drum's envelopes enables you to fully control the dynamics of a performance. And we've incorporated a Performance Key Switch System to make it quicker and easier to switch skill sets and techniques in intensive live playing situations.
	Supreme Drums' Groove Engine provides the perfect environment for editing patterns, setting up performance modes and applying humanization effects for added realism. You can quickly browse the groove files and choose which one you want to play, or you can edit your own pattern on the included Step Sequencer. We have added some grooves for you to browse and use, royalty-free in your next project.

	Neo Loudness brings Supreme Drums into a new audio world. For years, producers have wanted their music to be louder and louder. So the brickwall limiter became the main weapon for getting to that maximum volume. However, there is always a price to pay when pushing to the extreme. The music would tend to lose its "breath" and sound too "tight". Sound Magic has spent years designing a solution for this issue and has developed a new algorithm that can make the sound as loud as a brickwall limiter (even achieving within -5dB Average RMS), without destroying the original natural sounds. Neo Loudness keeps the "breath" of the original music. The Sound Magic Neo Loudness Algorithm is based on psychological acoustics, the science that shows how human ears are less sensitive to loudness when it reaches certain ranges. Neo Loudness uses this area to compress the audio signal. When using traditional limiters - and under heavy limiting - music will sound very tight and breathless.
	Neo EQ brings Supreme Drums into a new level by automatically detect and lock in the most audible/sensitive frequency. Neo EQ does a lot of the work that a mixing engineer did in the past. Send an audio signal to Neo EQ and it will analyze that input and find just the right frequencies for you. You won't need to hunt for the right frequency by yourself anymore or worry about whether you can find the correct one. After Neo EQ finds that perfect frequency for you, you can adjust the bass, the basic frequency and the harmonic for it. This not only saves a lot of time, it can give you amazing insight on how those with years of training zero in on exactly what needs fixing. And Neo EQ takes the guesswork out of messing with the Bandwidth/Q settings. Sound Magic has analyzed over 200 mixing engineer's methods on EQ and developed three special algorithms for bandwidth. Pick your musical/engineering style and Bandwidth will be automatically calculated for you. Neo EQ is REALLY totally dynamic. Common parametric EQ units remain static, even those that are called "dynamic EQ". The cutoff frequency in Neo EQ is always changing as the input audio changes. Because of it's ability to automatically lock up with the right frequency, Neo EQ is more efficient, giving you way more effect with much smaller changes. A 2dB boost sounds similar to an 8dB boost on a common parametric EQ. The bottom line? You end up with much less distortion by increasing the efficiency of the EQ. Less boost/decay and narrower bandwidth makes any distortion far less than traditional EQ.
	Neo Transient is a new concept for level independent dynamic processing. Unlike common compressors and limiters, Neo Transient reacts on Transients - those short peaks in the audio signal - rather than the overall signal loudness level. In this way, Neo Transient creates an entirely new way to process your tracks. Neo Transient is best for processing drum sounds for it is good at processing transient, which most drums sounds are this type of signal. Neo Transient allows you to completely reshape the attack and sustain characteristics of a sound. You can shorten or lengthen the attack of all kinds of percussive signals, such as the bass drum, snare drums, toms, congas and so on, to give them more impact, change them to a punchier sound. Or go the other direction and make those sounds gentler than before.By boosting the attack period of a sound, such as a bass drum, the mix can be made to sound more transparent.
